F.A.Q
Here is our most frequently asked question which we get asked the most, if the answer you're looking for is not listed here then please don't hesitate to contact us
How does the process of signing up for walks work?
Once you’ve made initial contact with Pooch Mooch, we will arrange a complimentary consultation to meet both you and your pup.
This meeting can be fixed for whenever and wherever works best for you. The meeting itself lasts about 30 mins.
What should my dog expect from their walk?
It’s always important to remember that no two dogs are the same. I really like to change walk locations on a regular basis so your dog is excited to come out on an adventure.
Walks are filled with games of fetch, nose work, practising training techniques and many other activities. If there is something else your dog would love, please let me know and I will try my best to tailor it to their preferences.
What are the other services you provide?
Along with a simple walk, I am happy to visit your dog at home and just hang out with them. These slots are normally better suited as a 30mins fuss and feed.
Your dog could be fed, let out in the garden or even just snuggled on the sofa.
Dog boarding is also an option exclusively for dogs who are already signed up for walks.
Please ask for more information as dates are limited.
I need to cancel my walk, what should I do?
Wherever possible please try to give as much notice for cancellations as possible.
It’s important to note that any cancelled walks with less than 24-hours notice will still be charged. Walks can always easily be rearranged for a better time or date.
Do you work weekends and bank holidays?
Although Pooch Mooch doesn’t officially run walks on weekends or bank holidays, they can sometimes be arranged.
Please do not assume I will be able to do the walk, it is always best to ask.
***Please note there will be an extra charge of £5 for weekends and £10 for any bank holiday walks.***
